The feeding device includes a quicklime feeder and a water feeding system.The quicklime feeder is responsible for delivering quicklime evenly and stably to the digester,and common types include screw feeders,vibrating feeders,etc.The water feeding system controls the amount of water added through metering pumps or flow meters to ensure that the ratio of quicklime to water meets the process requirements.

The stirring device is installed inside the digester,and its function is to thoroughly mix quicklime and water,accelerating the reaction rate.The speed and stirring method of the stirring device will affect the mixing effect and reaction speed,and usually need to be adjusted appropriately according to the particle size and activity of the quicklime.Generally speaking,when the stirring speed is fast,the mixing is more uniform and the reaction speed is also faster.However,excessively high stirring speed may increase equipment wear and energy consumption.
