1、Working principle of pulse dust collector
The core function of a pulse dust collector is to achieve the purification of dusty gases and the continuous regeneration of filter bags through the synergistic effect of filter bag filtration and pulse jet cleaning.Its workflow can be divided into the following three stages:
1.Filtration stage:dust interception and gas-solid separation
The dusty gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector and is evenly distributed to each filter chamber under the action of the guide plate.Due to a sudden drop in airflow velocity,large particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper due to inertia;Fine particulate dust flows upward with the airflow and is intercepted or adsorbed between the filter fibers on the surface of the filter bag,forming a dust layer.The clean gas filtered by the filter bag enters the clean air chamber through the bag opening and is discharged through the exhaust outlet.
Filter air speed:0.8-1.2m/min.
Filter bag pressure difference:The initial pressure difference is less than 500Pa,and as the dust layer thickens,the pressure difference gradually increases to 1200-1500Pa.
2.Dust cleaning stage:pulse blowing and dust stripping
When the pressure difference of the filter bag reaches the set value,the pulse valve opens,and compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag in an instantaneous pulse of 0.1-0.2 seconds,causing the filter bag to rapidly expand.The dust layer is peeled off from the surface of the filter bag due to inertia force and air flow impact force,and falls into the ash hopper.
3.Ash removal stage:dust collection and transportation
The stripped dust accumulates in the ash hopper and is regularly discharged through star shaped unloaders or screw conveyors to avoid secondary dust.For high humidity dust,the ash hopper needs to be equipped with a heating device to prevent dust agglomeration and blockage.
2、The core structure of pulse dust collector
A complete pulse dust collector usually consists of the following six modules,which work together to ensure effective and stable operation of the equipment:
1.Box structure
Function:pulse dust collector carries filter bags,separates dusty gases from clean gases,usually welded with carbon steel or stainless steel,and coated with anti-corrosion coating on the inner wall.
2.Filter bag components
Function:The pulse dust collector directly intercepts dust and is the core filtering element of the dust collector.
