Since its introduction in the early 20th century,raymond grinding mill has become a core equipment for powder processing in non-metallic minerals,chemical raw materials,building materials and other fields due to its compact structure,stable operation,and uniform particle size of finished products.Its core capability lies in transforming block materials with a particle size of≤30mm into fine powder with a mesh size of 80-600 through multi-stage crushing and grinding,meeting the refinement needs of industries such as coatings,plastics,rubber,and papermaking.
1、Mechanical structure
The raymond grinding mill consists of five modules:the main unit,the analyzer,the fan,the finished cyclone powder collector,and the dust collector.Each module achieves closed-loop processing of materials from crushing to finished products through airflow circulation and mechanical transmission.
1.Host
Grinding rollers and rings:The raymond grinding mill host is equipped with 3-6 conical grinding rollers,which are tightly pressed against the inner wall of the fixed grinding ring by centrifugal force or hydraulic device.When the spindle drives the grinding roller to revolve,the grinding roller rotates under the action of friction,squeezing and shearing the material.
2.Analysis machine:
The analyzer is located above the host and controls the fineness of the finished product by adjusting the blade speed.Its working principle is:
Airflow classification:The negative pressure generated by the raymond grinding mill sucks the powder in the main machine into the analyzer.Coarse particles are intercepted by the blades due to centrifugal force greater than the lifting force of the airflow and fall back to the main machine for further grinding;Fine particles follow the airflow through the blade gaps and enter the finished product collection system.
Fineness adjustment:By adjusting the speed of the analyzer through a frequency converter or replacing blades at different angles,flexible adjustment of 80-600 mesh finished products can be achieved.
3.Fan and powder collection system
Fan:Provides system circulation power.The air volume of raymond grinding mill is usually 5000-50000m³/h,and the air pressure is 2000-5000Pa.Its design needs to balance the air volume and air pressure to avoid excessive dust or blockage of pipelines caused by powder.
2、Work cycle
The workflow of raymond grinding mill can be divided into four stages:crushing,grinding,grading,and collection.Each stage is closely connected to form an effective closed loop.
1.Crushing stage:Initial reduction of large pieces of material
Feeding:The material with a particle size of≤30mm is uniformly fed into the jaw crusher through an electromagnetic vibration feeder,and crushed to particles of≤20mm.
2.Grinding stage:multi-stage crushing and surface modification
Grinding:After entering the main machine,the material is thrown by a shovel between the grinding roller and the grinding ring,and is squeezed into thin sheets under a pressure of 5-20MPa.
