1.Raw material preparation

2.Calcination

3.Digestion
The calcined quicklime is discharged from the lime kiln and enters the digestion machine.In the digestive machine,quicklime is mixed with water in a certain proportion and undergoes a violent exothermic reaction.The chemical equation for quicklime is CaO+H₂O→Ca(OH)₂.The digestion process requires strict control of water addition and reaction time to ensure the quality and particle size of hydrated lime.
4.Screening
The digested hydrated lime slurry contains some unreacted quicklime particles and impurities,which need to be screened by screening equipment.The commonly used screening equipment includes vibrating screens,which can remove unqualified particles and obtain hydrated lime products with uniform particle size and qualified quality through screening.
5.Packaging and Storage
The screened hydrated lime products can be packaged according to different needs,and common packaging forms include bagged and bulk.Packaged hydrated lime should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid moisture and clumping.
