Grinding rollers:Raymond vertical mills usually have 2-6 rollers,suspended on vertical shafts through devices such as plum blossom racks,and can roll tightly against the grinding ring under centrifugal force.

Vertical axis and plum blossom frame:driven by the reducer below,it rotates and drives the grinding roller to revolve,while the grinding roller rotates on its own under the action of friction.

Feeder:Automatically and uniformly delivers the material to be ground into the main machine.
Analyzer:Located at the top of the host,it is a grading device consisting of a rotor and blades.Its rotational speed is adjustable and used to control the fineness of the finished powder.Coarse powder will be thrown back by the blades for regrinding,while qualified fine powder will pass through with the wind.
Blower:Provides airflow for the entire system,on one hand blowing the powder into the analyzer for sorting,and on the other hand blowing qualified finished products into the collection system.
Cyclone collector:The gas powder mixture is separated here,and most of the finished powder is collected here.
Pulse dust collector:also known as bag filter,used to collect fine dust that cannot be fully collected by cyclone collectors,ensuring environmental emissions and improving recovery rates.

The operation of raymond vertical mill is a continuous closed-loop process of grinding sorting collection,and its principle can be summarized as follows:

Feeding and Grinding:The material is fed into the mill by the feeder and falls onto the bottom of the rotating grinding ring.After being lifted by the shovel,it is scattered between the grinding ring and the grinding roller.The rotating grinding roller crushes the material under the action of centrifugal force.
Wind lifting and sorting:The crushed material is blown towards the top analyzer by the upward airflow generated by the blower.The analyzer is like a strict"sieve",with its rotating blades allowing only particles that reach the target fineness to pass through and become qualified finished products.Coarse particles are blocked by the blades and fall back into the grinding ring area for re grinding.
Finished product collection:The airflow containing qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector,and most of the powder is separated from the gas under centrifugal force,falling into the bottom discharge port and packaged as finished products.The remaining dusty gas is purified by a pulse dust collector and discharged by a fan to achieve dust-free operation.
