I. Introduction to Structural Components

1. Leaf

It adopts a dual-shaft form for digestion, that is, while the equipment pushes the material, it also serves the function of stirring. The form in which the impeller shaft is connected to the input shaft and output shaft by flanges. The blades adopt replaceable live blades. They are made of 45Mn steel that has been quenched and then inlaid with hard alloy. The blades are connected by bolts. The blades are made into living blades as vulnerable parts for easy replacement.

2. Feed pipe

The feed pipe, the opening of the feed pipe extends from the top of the water tank, the air inlet of the multi-stage flow-assisting fan is connected to the top of the digester shell, and the air outlet of the multi-stage flow-assisting fan extends into the water tank through the opening at the top of the water tank. The water tank is equipped with a water pump inside. The water pump is connected to the water supply pipe at the top of the shell through the water inlet pipe, and multiple nozzles are installed on this water supply pipe. The bottom of the tail end of the digester shell is equipped with a discharge port. The utility model can reduce the pressure inside the quicklime digester, enhance safety, and completely solve the problems of serious environmental pollution caused by steam generated during quicklime digestion and uneven feeding of the equipment.

The digester is equipped with dedicated ports for discharging steam and dust, which can be connected to a dedicated dust removal pipeline. It can effectively handle the dust, steam and harmful gases generated during the digestion of quicklime. After use, the discarded dust-raising quicklime can be reused, and there will be no dust pollution in the on-site environment. The 5T digester can reasonably add the required water volume to achieve the effect of full digestion of quicklime.

Iii. Working Principle: Quicklime enters the digester from the feed port for water addition, followed by double helix digestion. At this time, a large amount of steam containing dust is produced. The calcium hydroxide digester creates negative pressure in the water tank through a fan, and then sucks the external steam containing dust into the water tank through an induced draft pipe. In this way, the dust settles when it meets water, while the steam turns into water when it meets water. The generated sediment is mixed with the incoming water in the water tank and then pumped away by the water pump. Water is then added to the digester. In this way, the process of dust removal and the recycling of the wastewater after dust removal is achieved, solving the problems of low utilization rate of wet dust removal and secondary water pollution. The steam containing dust enters the water tank through multiple dust removal screen pipes. Each screen pipe is perforated with multiple small holes, so the steam actually enters the water through these holes. In this way, the water splashes produced by blowing water through each small hole will not carry away any dust, thus achieving the feature of high dust removal efficiency.
