Calcium hydroxide equipment mainly consists of crushers, calcium powder feeders, raw material silos, conveyors, feeders, lime digester, water level gauges, temperature controllers, powder separators/lime machines, dust collectors, automatic quantitative weighing and bagging electrical control systems, etc. The production process of calcium hydroxide is as follows: quicklime blocks are crushed by a crusher and then lifted to the storage silo by a calcium powder feeder. At the outlet of the silo, a variable-frequency automatic feeder quantitatively and evenly feeds the crushed lime into the first-stage lime digester. At the same time, the water supply system is activated. When calcium oxide comes into contact with water, it automatically decomposing and digitizing. The generated water vapor and dust are collected by a pulse dust collector. The ash and slag are separated and automatically discharged from the slag outlet. The ash powder is conveyed to the calcium powder feeder by the screw conveyor at the bottom of the secondary digestion and then lifted to the powder separator. The digested coarse calcium hydroxide powder is sent to the powder separator's distribution disc by the forced feeding cage. As the rotor rotates, the distribution disc evenly diffuses the ash powder. Under the action of wind force, the ash powder is fully atomized to separate the ash and slag, and qualified high, medium and low-end calcium hydroxide products are sorted out.
