Firstly, the core equipment is the calcium hydroxide digester. The process of digesting and decomposing calcium oxide into calcium hydroxide by the digester requires sufficient stirring. The inlet water of the digester in the calcium hydroxide production line is controlled by an electromagnetic flow controller through a microcomputer to ensure the reasonable distribution and decomposition of calcium oxide. The particle size of the digested calcium hydroxide is above 200 mesh, and the digester can remove impurities larger than 0.5mm.

Secondly, the digester is a specialized pulse dust collector. Lime and water in the digester produce a large amount of water vapor and dust. Our company's DMC type pulse dust collector can effectively handle the dust and harmful gases generated during lime digestion. The waste dust and white ash can be reused after use, and there is no dust pollution in the on-site environment.
