Working principle

The working principle of the Raymond mill is that the grinding roller is tightly rolled against the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force. The material is lifted by the scraper and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. Under the action of grinding pressure, the material is crushed into powder. Then, under the action of the fan, the powdered material is blown up and passes through the analyzer. The material that meets the fineness requirements passes through the analyzer, while the one that does not meet the requirements returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding. The materials passing through the analyzer enter the cyclone separator for separation and collection. The exhaust air is isolated by industrial filter cloth for one-time powdering.
